Hi Cheryl 🤗 Love green tea, but don’t drink it daily; I will now. Never realized how much good stuff is in it. Thanks for sharing. Take care my friend, and sip, swish & swallow! 😉
Stay well and stay safe! ❤🤗 XO Deb
Very informative 👏👏👏
Here’s to Green Tea!🍵 Cheryl, thank you for the great content.🍵
Hi Cheryl, Great video! How many cups of green tea do you drink each day to help with weight loss? Thank you.
Hi Cheryl, I love learning the health benefits of foods. I take a green tea capsule each day. I am so glad you mentioned oxalates, my son is on a low oxalate diet. Have a wonderful day 🤗😘🌼🌻

Thank u for the great content👌💗💗💗
Thank you I will be getting some green tea today. Is the decaf okay?
Good stuff!!! Yay – surprise video from Cheryl!!! Big hugs!! – Shaun
Wow, we really are on the same train 🙂 LMAO as you chugged tea at the mention of dementia 😂 I have to say, I drink buckets of various green teas and I still worry about my slipping memory. I also do word puzzles daily and my husband and I play chess. In winter we do jigsaw puzzles. Both of us, though, fear we’re slipping in our cognitive skills. My mom was sharp as a tack up until she died at age 89, she was an engineer by profession and I always wondered if that had a lot to do with it. She was forever problem solving and designing in her brain. Anyhow, can you imagine how confuzzled I would be WITHOUT the green teas and puzzles?🤪😂 Great video, Cheryl! I’ve been a believer in green tea for decades but I still learned some new things today! All that research must be what’s keeping you so sharp! 🙂 take care, my friend.
I’ve never drank green tea. May I ask what brand or where you buy your tea? Blessings to you from Texas.
I will take any anti-aging tips from You, because You look great! Fellow green tea lover here. Matcha tea was one of the life’s little luxuries that saved my sanity in lockdowns (we had tree, the last one lasted more than 6m) and now I never want to be without it 🙂 I rarely used to get it because of how expensive it is, but now I want to continue the habit. Thanks for reminding me of great benefits of it. I never thought to count my products with green tea in it, but now I am curious!
The only time I drink green tea is when eating Japanese food but I will have to make myself do it.My sister loves it and dinks it daily but its not my favorite.Maybe I’ll try the one you suggest xoCathy
This was so interesting, I knew that green tea was good for us but didn’t know all the reasons. I love iced great tea with fresh mint leaves, yum! Thank you for sharing 💕
You are always such a pleasure to watch, Cheryl! You cracked me up at 4:32!! This video is full of great information. Blessings, and love..MaryEllen
Hi Cheryl,
Green Tea lover here 🙋🏻♀️ I love the decaf Green Tea from Yogi, Matcha and Bancha-Tea which is a special Japanese Green Tea with less caffeine and a high amount of iron.
I also prepare sometimes a green tea scrub of cane sugar, honey, coconut oil and one bag Green Tea. You can mix all the ingredients together and use it as a scrub or mask.
It will last two weeks in the fridge.
Thank you for another great video 😘🤗
Juliane
Sounds great! I’m going to drink more green tea. I’ve read about using it as a toner. I should try that.
Have a great rest of your week❤️
Yay for my green tea. I drink mine mixed with everything or plain. I started with matcha last week to kick up the benefits. One glass a day. I’ve noticed I had more energy right away. So we’re doing good. Awesome video.
