The best thing for your skin is a healthy diet full of vegetables and fruits and some meats. Skip the dairy and the sugary stuff. Drink water and go outside!

I’ll stick with my oil of Olay. Been using it since I was 15. I’m 47. Everything else just breaks me out or feels like a chemical burn on my face. I’m terrified to try any thing new😢
